Job Description
MACA is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team on a 4/3 roster, spending *****% of time in the field with workers to monitor controls and coach leadership on safety practices. You will drive risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement across our operations.

Reporting to the Project Manager with support from the Regional HSEQ Superintendent, you will develop plans, conduct audits, analyse data, and mentor site leaders to foster a solid HSEQ culture.
