Fuse Recruitment are partnering with a large Australasian manufacturing operation in Ingleburn seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. You will lead a small maintenance team of four tradespeople, supervise day-to-day maintenance and drive reliability across two key production lines.

The role is hands-on and onsite, Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm, with a robust focus on safety, preventative maintenance and continuous improvement to minimise downtime.
