Job Description
Sterning Group Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Shared Services leader to guide a sizeable employee services team and elevate the employee experience across a large workforce.

Reporting to the Head of People and Systems, you will shape and execute the people services strategy, mentor up to 7 direct reports and partner with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and value add programs.
