The challenge
n
We are seeking an experienced Magazine Editor with a passion for RV travel and lifestyle. In this role, you'll be managing freelance contributors, overseeing editorial budgets, and ensuring high-quality, engaging content for our monthly issues. This is an opportunity to take a hands‐on leadership role in shaping both our print and digital presence.

What you will do
n
n
Manage freelance journalists and ensure content delivery within budget.
n
Source and edit articles and images for each issue.
n
Fully control the editorial budget, making decisions to maximise content value.
n
Work closely with the 'Content Lead' to align the magazine's direction with the overall vision.
n
Coordinate with our design team to support the magazine's design process.
n
Assess current publication practices and propose improvements for content quality and operational efficiency.
n
Work with the Sales and Marketing team to support revenue creation.
n
n
Your skills
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in an editor or assistant editor role.
n
Strong background in magazine editing and content operations.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
n
Enthusiastic about RV travel, lifestyle, and related content would be advantageous.
n
