An established beverage manufacturing company in Penrith NSW **** is looking for an experienced Production Manager.

Applicant must have completed at least a Bachelor's degree
n
Applicant must at least be working as a team leader or a supervisor with a minimum of 3 years on-the-job experience specifically in a beverage manufacturing company.
n
Applicant who has on-the-job experience in start-up and operation of moulding, filling, packing machineries is highly regarded.

Job Description

The Production Manager is in-charge of planning, organising, controlling and coordinating the production activities of our beverage manufacturing business.
n
Duties and responsibilities
n
n
Work with the business to plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the manufacturing operation;
n
Develop and implement production strategies to continuously increase output and minimize costs;
n
Monitor and report details of production activities in terms of quantity output, quality,



and manpower requirements and performance;
n
Ensure that production records are up to date;
n
Plan and prepare production schedules accordingly to meet sales requirements and desired output.
n
Coordinate with the Maintenance team by planning the maintenance of each equipment used in the manufacturing activities;
n
Active participation in the acquisition, installation and commissioning of plant and equipment;
n
Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety requirements.
n
n
The successful applicant must be versatile and can work under pressure and must be willing to work full time and preferably on-call even during weekends.
n
Salary: $100,000 + superannuation
n
Only Australian citizens, PR or TR with work rights that meet the above minimum requirements and are currently onshore will be entertained.
