We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Revit Modeller to join the Building Services team of a leading global engineering consultancy in Perth CBD.
n
This is an exciting chance to work across a diverse portfolio of major projects, including Defence, healthcare and correctional facilities, producing detailed mechanical BIM models and documentation as part of a highly experienced multidisciplinary team.
n
You will work closely with mechanical engineers, BIM specialists and other disciplines to deliver coordinated, high-quality models across technically complex and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and maintain detailed mechanical Revit models across major projects
n
Work across projects within the Defence, healthcare and correctional facilities sectors
n
Produce accurate 3D models and detailed documentation in line with project requirements
n
Model mechanical building services, including HVAC and associated systems
n
Work closely with mechanical engineers and other disciplines to ensure effective BIM coordination
n
Participate in model reviews, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
n
Interpret engineering designs and translate them into accurate Revit models
n
Maintain model quality, consistency and documentation standards
n
Assist with project delivery from design through to detailed documentation
n

About You
n
n




5+ years' experience as a Mechanical Revit Modeller within a building services environment
n
Strong proficiency in Revit MEP is essential
n
Experience modelling mechanical building services, particularly HVAC
n
Strong understanding of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination
n
Experience working on large-scale or technically complex projects
n
Previous experience across Defence, healthcare, correctional facilities, government or other highly regulated projects would be advantageous
n
Strong understanding of Australian building services standards and documentation requirements
n
MUST be an Australian Citizen to apply for this role, due to the sensitivity of defence works.
