This role requires a full‐time, on‐site presence, five days a week, to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections, and ensure seamless support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Mazda's product training strategy: Shape and deliver the strategic direction of Sales and Service Product Training in partnership with Mazda Australia leadership and key stakeholders.
Design & Deliver high‐impact product training: Develop and facilitate engaging face‐to‐face, online and eLearning programs covering new models, IPM updates, BT‐50 and BEV technologies.
Act as Mazda's product Subject‐Matter Expert: Provide expert knowledge on Mazda vehicles, technologies and competitor offerings to support dealers and internal teams.
Build capability across the dealer network: Identify learning needs and uplift dealer confidence, capability and customer experience across sales, service and parts operations nationwide.




Ensure training effectiveness & continuous improvement: Monitor outcomes, manage budgets, report on impact, and continuously refine programs to ensure relevance, quality and measurable results.
About You:
You're a confident facilitator, natural educator and trusted product expert who thrives on enabling others to succeed.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands‐on delivery style and enjoy working closely with dealers and internal stakeholders alike.
To be successful, you will have:
• Experience in automotive product training, learning & development, or a similar capability‐focused role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle technology, with a passion for emerging mobility and electrification
• Proven experience designing and delivering engaging training programs (face‐to‐face and digital)
• Exceptional communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate complex product information into practical, customer‐focused learning
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities
• Budget management and reporting experience
• Willingness to travel nationally as required
