Position Title: Electrical Services Manager HV Systems

Reports To: Senior Project Manager / Head of Services

Position Purpose
n
The Electrical Services Manager HV Systems is responsible for coordinating site services trades and suppliers on complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on the delivery of high-voltage (HV) systems. This includes overseeing design support, testing and commissioning, quality assurance, and installation coordination. The role places strong emphasis on modular construction methods, including off-site fabrication and commissioning of HV and LV assemblies for streamlined site integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead coordination and delivery of HV systems, including off-site modular assembly, testing, and on-site commissioning.
n
Manage HV energisation activities, including switching, SCADA integration, and placing equipment into service.
n
Oversee coordination between trades (electrical, mechanical,



controls, etc.) to resolve clashes and ensure smooth integration.
n
Monitor progress, support construction sequencing, and elevate issues impacting time, cost, or quality.
n
Review contractor deliverables and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
n
Support ongoing maintenance planning and provide leadership to site services coordinators.
n

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
n
n
5+ years experience in electrical services delivery, with HV systems exposure on large-scale infrastructure projects.
n
Proven background in modular construction, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
n
Strong understanding of site safety, quality systems, and multi-discipline coordination.
n
Effective communicator with leadership skills and solid commercial awareness.
