Job Description
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full‐time Flex Houseparents on a on‐campus home‐based team. You will supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage daily routines, and support their academic, emotional, and social development.

The positions require a two-person married couple aged 27+, with at least a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver's license. The role includes on‐campus housing, meals, and comprehensive advantages.
