An exciting prospect has arisen for a polished and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the business. Reporting to the General Manager , you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring the front office runs smoothly and every interaction leaves a robust impression.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients and visitors and creating a professional, warm first impression
Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries promptly
Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing boardrooms for client meetings
Managing incoming and outgoing mail,
couriers and deliveries
Keeping reception and common areas presentable and well stocked
Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed
Assisting with catering, events and general office coordination
Ordering office supplies and liaising with building management and suppliers
To be considered for this role you will have previous reception or front-of-house experience, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment. You'll bring warm, polished communication, a well-presented and skilled manner, and strong organisational skills. Above all, you'll be proactive, reliable, and genuinely enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things running.
