The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service team in Hurstville.

This is a quick-paced, high-volume role where you’ll act as a key point of contact for customers — managing orders, resolving queries and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.

You’ll work closely with internal teams across operations, warehouse and sales to deliver outcomes, not just responses. It’s a role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and staying on top of multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities




Manage incoming customer enquiries across phone and email in a high-volume environment
Process orders, pricing and adjustments accurately in ERP systems
Provide quotes and follow up on client requests
Track back orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
Support invoicing and ensure timely order fulfilment
Build strong relationships with customers
Generate KPI and sales reports
Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery

About You
Experience in customer service, order processing or account support
Strong communication skills with a professional and confident approach
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace
Systems-savvy with ERP or CRM experience preferred
Proactive mindset with a focus on solutions
