About the role

We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join TPS Bayside. You'll assess, diagnose, and develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans. You'll deliver both one-on-one physiotherapy and facilitate Reformer Pilates classes tailored to the needs of your patients. You'll manage a varied caseload across private, Insurance, NDIS and DVA, supported by a collaborative team and modern facilities.

Key responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
Facilitate Reformer Pilates classes, tailored to the needs of your patients
Manage a varied caseload across private, Insurance, NDIS and DVA
Participate in mentoring and ongoing professional development
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary range of health specialists to provide comprehensive care

About you
Current AHPRA registration
Experience with Australian funding systems (e.g., NDIS, DVA, WorkCover)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ongoing career development
