Fairhaven Homes is a family-owned Victorian home builder with over 15 years of history.
We've recently undergone a full rebrand and we're not stopping there.
We're carving out our own direction that's purposeful, design-led, and distinctly ours.
The creative work we produce shapes how Victorians discover, trust, and choose us to build their homes.
The Role
We're looking for a passionate and detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team at our brand new Mulgrave Head Office.
You'll work across a range of touchpoints including digital, print, campaigns and social, helping bring the Fairhaven brand to life with consistency and creativity.
We want someone who has opinions, brings ideas to the table, and takes ownership of their work.
What You'll Be Doing
Contributing to brand evolution, with real creative work still to be done off the back of a fresh rebrand
Designing across digital and print: campaigns, social content, online ads, books and brochures, signage and wayfinding, eDMs and more.
Collaborating with the rest of the marketing team to translate briefs into compelling creative
Maintaining and building on our new brand guidelines with care and consistency
Bringing ideas proactively, not just executing but contributing to how we think




What We're Looking For
2 to 4 years of graphic design experience, in-house or agency
A portfolio that demonstrates a sharp eye, strong typographic sensibility, and range
Someone who cares about the craft and the details
Proficiency with Mac, and software such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop essential and After Effects a bonus
Strong communication skills and the ability to take and give feedback well
Experience in property, construction or real estate is a plus, but not a prerequisite

Ideal but not essential: Is able to show concepts and drafts for some of the work to visualise their process.
