The Role
We are seeking aSenior Analyst or Associateto join theGeneralist M&A; teamwith a strong focus onreal estate transactions.
While a substantial portion of your work will involve advising REITs, developers, and institutional investors on acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings, and joint ventures, you will also gain exposure to deals across infrastructure, consumer, and industrials.
This role offers the opportunity to work onlandmark transactionswhile developing abroad sector skillsetin a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and review detailedfinancial modelling and valuation analysis, particularly for real estate assets, portfolios, and developments, alongside general corporate models.
Take ownership of significant workstreams in M&A; and capital advisory transactions from origination to execution.
Conduct in-depth asset, company,



and market research across multiple sectors.
Prepare and present client-ready materials including pitch books, investment papers, and strategic recommendations.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm's collaborative culture.
About You
3–6 years' experience ininvestment banking, real estate investment, corporate finance, or Big 4 transaction advisory, with solid exposure to M&A.;
Advancedfinancial modelling and valuation skills, including real estate feasibility and cashflow analysis.
Confident in managing workstreams and interacting directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
Commercial, detail-oriented, and a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
