A Glance At What You Will Do
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to event type and service standards
Answer menu questions and communicate with the kitchen regarding timing, re‐cooks, and availability
Relay allergy, dietary, and special requests to the kitchen
Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc.
Perform opening and closing duties, restock items, and manage lights
Present accurate checks and process payments
Maintain uniform and personal appearance
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Communicate clearly and professionally
Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
Support the team towards common goals
Listen and respond appropriately to team concerns
Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
