Manage day-to-day logistics operations to ensure smooth workflows.

Implement and monitor operational processes to meet performance targets.
n
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
n
Lead and support a team to achieve effective operations.
n
Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and opportunities.
n
Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant
n
A successful Operations Manager should have:
n
n




Proven experience in logistics or operations management
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
n
A solid understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
n
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
n
Robust communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
n
A results-driven mindset with attention to detail
n
Experience in medical/clinical or care-focused environments will be highly regarded
n
