What You Will Be Doing
Lead and coordinate major construction activities from early planning to completion
Own project schedules, budgets and documentation that support high quality delivery
Work closely with Project Managers to maintain time, cost and quality outcomes
Mentor junior coordinators and contribute to a positive, high performing site culture
Partner with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve efficient project delivery
Ensure compliance with specifications, contracts and regulatory requirements
Track progress, foresee risks and flag opportunities for improvement
Resolve issues as they arise and accelerate when required
Present clear project updates to senior leadership
Maintain accurate, current project records
What You Bring
Degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline
7 years or more experience in project coordination or management within construction
Demonstrated capability delivering large scale projects valued from $150 million and above
Background within apartments, commercial, health or data centre environments




Strong organisational capability and sound prioritisation
Confident communicator with proven leadership strengths
Ability to work autonomously while contributing strongly to the project team
Familiarity with industry project management tools and systems
Solid understanding of construction contracts, compliance and regulatory frameworks
