Job Description
As a yd. Store Manager you will:

Lead your store to deliver consistent sales growth and achieve/exceed store KPIs and budget expectations.
n
Provide an exceptional customer experience through the yd. CLASS sales steps and lead by example at all times.
n
Build and maintain a high-performance team culture that inspires, motivates and develops your team.
n
Coach your team consistently, providing honest, candid and constructive feedback to drive individual and team performance.
n
Develop future leaders through succession planning, coaching and ongoing development opportunities.
n
Be commercially driven and confident in analysing sales performance, identifying opportunities and taking action to drive results.
n
Lead your team through purposeful shift inductions, goal setting and performance conversations.
n
Demonstrate strong planning and organisation, including rosters, VM execution, key sale periods, training and operational requirements.
n
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising, store presentation and operational standards.
n
Ensure all store procedures are followed, including Loss Prevention, stock integrity, Payroll, C+C and WH&S; requirements.
n
Take ownership of your store's performance and be accountable for delivering results.
n
Represent the yd. brand with Energy,

Skills required:
n
n
Previous experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager within a fashion retail or customer service environment.
n
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
n
Strong commercial acumen with a proven understanding of KPIs, budgets, sales performance and their impact on a business.
n
Ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and implement strategies to drive sales and growth.
n
Robust understanding of customer experience and sales leadership.
n
Highly organised with excellent planning, time management and prioritisation skills.
n
Ability to recruit, onboard, coach and retain a strong team.
n
Confident communicator who is honest, candid, approachable and accountable.
n

Ability to lead through change, problem-solve and make commercially sound decisions.
n
Strong understanding of store operations, VM standards, stock management and compliance.
