We are currently recruiting for an experienced and inspirational retail leader to join our Victorian team as a Dual Site Store Manager at our Sorrento Seed Heritage and Kikki.K Concept Stores.
n
The Ideal Candidate
n
n
Will have experience with a fashion retailer, managing a high-volume turnover store or exposure to managing multiple sites.
n
A leader with the ability to oversee a large team across multiple departments.
n
An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards.
n
Experience in preparing monthly rosters and conducting retail administrative duties.
n
Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.
n
High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
n
This standard roster is 35 hours a week but will become full time during peak trade Dec through to Jan
n

THE ROLE
n
n
Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
n
Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
n
Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
n
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
n
Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
n
This role will work across Seed Heritage & Kikki.K brands
