Case Manager (Employment Coach)
n
Join a energetic team where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact. You'll work closely with vulnerable customers helping them find sustainable employment, and offering compassionate support while maintaining healthy boundaries. Our ideal team members are both empathetic and solution-oriented and are able to balance genuine care with the responsibility of meeting departmental goals and compliance requirements.

This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis, located at our Port Adelaide site.

In this role, you will
n
n
Mentor and coach individuals to build their employability skills
n
Connect people to job opportunities and external support services
n
Maintain accurate records and manage client information in line with government systems
n
Support clients to set goals and overcome employment barriers
n
n
What we're looking for

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team
n
Motivation to meet individual targets and KPIs
n
Solid administration skills and confidence with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry)
n
