What does the job look like?

Join our Retail team as an AM Transport Allocator supporting operations based at Redbank, QLD. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for transport allocations, route planning and dispatching metropolitan deliveries to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations. This position operates on a rolling four-days-on, four-days-off roster, with 12-hour shifts running from 2:00AM through to 2:00PM.

Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear instructions while fostering positive relationships
n
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance requirements
n
Ensure regular communication with customers, keeping them well-informed about their scheduled deliveries or any changes that may impact them
n
Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times
n

Experience in transport load planning, driver or fleet allocation is highly regarded,



but not essential - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
n
Intermediate to advanced computer skills - experience with TMS is highly regarded
n
Strong geographical knowledge of QLD metro and surrounding areas
n
Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure, remaining organised and highly efficient
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
