Salary of $90,000 - $118,000 + Super
n
No KPIs and no "back-to-back all day" expectations
n
2 hours admin time built into your day
n
5 weeks annual leave
n
$1,500 CPD allowance per clinician
n
Supportive owner/leader on-site and present day-to-day
n
Well-resourced clinic with a wide range of tools, approaches and therapy resources

Great variety without chaos: mostly paediatric, with optional adult clients if that's your thing

About the Role
n
This is a generalist private practice role with a strong paediatric focus, supporting families across clinic and local off-site settings.
n
Your caseload may include:
n
n
Speech sound and articulation difficulties
n
Late talking / delayed language development
n
Pragmatic language / social communication
n
Stuttering/fluency
n
Neurodiversity and disability (including ASD, Down Syndrome, GDD and other developmental profiles)
n
Literacy development (reading, spelling, comprehension)
n
A small number of adult clients (optional, depending on your experience/interest)
n
n
Workmodel & locations:
n
Mosman clinic, local schools/preschools and some community/home visits where appropriate.
n
Service area includes Northern Beaches, Lane Cove and the North Shore
n

Requirements/Skills

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
SPA membership
n
Drivers license and vehicle
n
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
