We're looking for an energetic, fashion-loving Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team and inspire great vibes in-store. As the right hand to the Store Manager, you'll take the reins in their absence and be a key player in driving sales, creating memorable customer moments and maintaining a space that reflects the Tree of Life spirit.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll:

Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a passionate retail team
n
Take full responsibility for the store when the Manager is away
n
Drive daily sales targets and team performance
n
Foster an exceptional customer experience every time
n
Oversee your own department within the store
n
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation is on point
n
Bring the Tree of Life brand to life through your personal style and customer connections

WHAT YOU BRING
n
n
Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion, Jewellery or Homewares retail
n
Leadership potential and confidence to manage the store solo
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
A passion for inspiring customers through product knowledge and style
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including Mondays, Sundays, and peak trading periods (including Christmas)
