You will advise leaders, manage complex cases, and collaborate with the People Advisory team to ensure fair, compliant outcomes.
You will support performance and disciplinary processes, maintain rigorous case documentation, and coordinate with unions and the SIT to prioritise investigations within policy and governance frameworks.
