Ready to launch or progress your business development career in the fast-growing world of clinical trials and drug development?
We're looking for a proactive and organisedInside Sales / Business Development Support Repto join our dynamic team.
You'll play a vital role in sales support, and customer onboarding—driving real impact from day one.
What You'll Do:
Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn & tools
Collaborate with Regional BDMs to support the sales cycle
Coordinate proposals, contracts, and onboarding of current clients
Maintain CRM records and support sales reporting
Help prepare for industry conferences and follow-up with leads
What You Bring:
Background in science, life sciences, or clinical research
Strong communication and organisational skills
CRM proficiency and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
A keen interest in business development within healthcare/pharma
