Senior URPA Automation Developer
We're seeking an experienced Senior URPA Automation Developer to join a energetic government team driving innovation through intelligent automation.
This role plays a key part in delivering, maintaining, and enhancing UiPath-based automation solutions while ensuring best practice development standards are embedded across the RPA function.
Location: Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain UiPath automations through the deployment pipeline as part of BAU.
Implement and uphold best practice standards across the RPA development lifecycle.
Lead peer reviews and ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and current.
Provide technical advice and mentorship to developers, ensuring high-quality and reusable design components.
Champion continual improvement of the RPA development practice, identifying opportunities to modernise tools and processes.
Support the RPA Technical Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable automation solutions.
Own daily production monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
Skills & Experience
Minimum of3 years' experienceas a Senior RPA Developer within large or complex environments.
Deep expertise withUiPath Automation Cloudand associated products.
Strong background insolution design, Agile/Waterfall delivery, and lifecycle management.
Experience withAWS, VMware, GitLab, Confluence, Jiraor similar platforms.
Proven understanding ofsecurity, governance, and change managementpractices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a passion for innovation.
Exposure toAutomation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA tools is advantageous.
