Snapshot of the role:You'll work closely with senior leaders and project teams, helping shape the external brand and contribute directly to securing future work.
Key responsibilities include:
Social Media & Content Creation- Showcase completed and ongoing projects through engaging, qualified content
Bid & Tender Coordination- Collate and curate compelling submissions including project profiles, team bios, and case studies
Marketing & Communications Support- Assist with internal comms and marketing campaigns




Design & Brand Management- Ensure visual consistency across all outputs, including graphics for tenders usingAdobe InDesign
Creative Input- Contribute ideas, storytelling, and visual flair to a passionate and dynamic team.
About you:We're looking for a detail-driven and creative communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
To be successful, you'll need:
Minimum2 years' experiencein marketing, graphic design or bids (construction highly regarded)
Strongwritten and visual communicationskills - grammar and layout matter to you
Proficiency in Adobe InDesignis essential
A proactive approach and ability to juggle competing priorities
A sharp eye for detail and a passion for branding
