Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in ourSydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaideoffice.
We are looking for a soon to be graduate, recently graduated or candidate with 1–2 years' experience in property valuation who is looking to grow their career in property valuations.
We seek an enthusiastic self‐motivated professional with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
This is a wonderful chance to learn and grow in a fast‐paced environment and unique area of specialisation, working alongside senior staff on varied and interesting valuations.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the team, providing wide‐ranging advice primarily to assist with insurance and financial reporting valuation requirements across Australia.

What can you expect?
Marsh Valuation Services is a specialist division within Marsh that undertakes the valuation of property plant, equipment and infrastructure assets for many of the Pacific region's leading corporate and public sector organisations.
Responsibilities
Undertake research & data analysis
Supervised site inspections and field work
Report & spreadsheet compilation to include data transfer, formatting & formulas
Liaison with client representatives
Use of our in‐house valuation program
Arranging project plans & site inspections
Supporting senior staff with general valuation, research & analysis tasks
Work with the project managers to support on‐time and accurate delivery
Flexibility to adapt priority task changes
Qualifications
Degree (or soon to be completed Degree) in Property Valuation
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and computer competency
Good organisational skills
Desire and willingness to learn new skills to complement your existing skills
Ability to deliver results on time and in full

Confident communicator in all forms
Analytical mindset
Team player with high integrity and energy
Level‐headed nature and organised under pressure
Willing to travel both regionally and nationally
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred qualifications
Experience in financial reporting, insurance and/or market valuations would be looked upon favourably
Demonstration of strong logistical, organisational and analytical skills
Strong Excel and systems capabilities
