About the role: Support the Research, Data Analytics, and Experience Management teams through strategic research, data analysis and administrative activities.
Contribute to a wide variety of activities from initial analysis to design and sharing of knowledge across the teams.
Responsibilities
Respond to internal requests for research and data analytics; support analysts in developing high-quality reports, value creation cases, presentations and related content
Support knowledge-sharing activities such as internal research events, showcases, and external reports
Support in driving research partnerships and third-party collaboration opportunities
Conduct standard mapping exercises and translate data into meaningful insights to identify opportunities for standards development and business growth
Document data pipelines and governance processes with the data team
Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports
Contribute to the periodic development of white papers and other collateral
Collate insights from internal data sources and report on key findings
Conduct qualitative research and manage surveys using Qualtrics
Contribute to building and managing the research community/panels




Provide document management, data entry, calendar/diary management, processing of expenses and other administration/project management activities as required
Qualifications
Degree qualification in business, marketing or relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
Exceptional written communication skills
Proven ability to synthesise research findings and produce comprehensive reports
Excellent presentation skills
High level of attention to detail
Robust analytical, research, data mining, data modelling and critical thinking skills
Working knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce; understanding of project management methodologies is advantageous
