About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based care across Melbourne's South-East covering Dandenong and surrounding suburbs.
You'll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence.
Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community.
Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time role available.
Salary and Advantages
Salary Range – Up to $120,000

What You'll Do
Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients' homes.
Prescribe aids, equipment,



and home modifications to support client goals.
Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
Support the development and clinical growth of other Occupational Therapists within the clinical team.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
About You
Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
