The Opportunity Sante Recruitment is seeking an experienced Consultant / Specialist Paediatrician to join a supportive and highly experienced Women's, Children's and Youth Health team at a leading tertiary hospital in tropical Northern Australia.

The Clinical Opportunity
n
You will manage a broad and stimulating paediatric caseload across acute, general, developmental and behavioural paediatrics.
n
The Service Provides Exposure To

Neonatal intensive care and retrieval services

General paediatric outpatient clinics

Specialist paediatric clinics

Developmental and behavioural paediatrics

Complex paediatric presentations

Clinical presentations range from common childhood illnesses through to complex conditions that are more prevalent across tropical, rural and remote communities, including:

Bronchiectasis

Complex chronic disease

Conditions associated with rural and remote healthcare delivery

You will also have the opportunity to participate in clinical governance, service development, research,

About You
n
To be considered, you will have one of the following:
n
n
FRACP in Paediatrics and specialist registration with AHPRA; or
n
An overseas specialist qualification assessed as substantially comparable; or
n
Eligibility to apply through Australia's Expedited Specialist Pathway
n
