What You Will Do
n
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding strategic relationships with Visy Logistics' recent and existing Industrial clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, support growth opportunities, and deliver tailored logistics solutions that align with both client objectives and Visy's broader business strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and grow key industrial customer accounts through strong, trusted relationships
n
Develop account plans to increase revenue, retention, and market share
n
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
n
Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
n
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and solutions
n
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve commercial outcomes
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven experience in a Key Account Management or Senior Account Management role
n
Minimum 5 years' customer-facing experience within the logistics industry, preferably in an industrial setting
n




Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
Experience preparing and delivering customer presentations, business reviews and insights to senior stakeholders
n
Proficiency across MS Office applications, with demonstrated experience using Power BI
n
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams
n
