Bapcor is seeking a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the store, inspire a high-performing team, and foster a positive, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced retail workplace. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive sales and operational performance, manage budgets, inventory and rostering, ensure safety, store presentation and exemplary customer service.
