Core Responsibilities
n
n
Architecture & Design: Design end to end Citrix SPA and ZTNA infrastructures to ensure secure and efficient access for users.
n
ZTNA Implementation: Deploy Citrix Secure Private Access solutions tailored for hybrid workforces, ensuring seamless connectivity and security.
n
Policy Configuration: Define and implement contextual access and adaptive authentication policies to enhance security measures.
n
Application Onboarding: Configure secure access for various applications, including SaaS, web, and TCP/UDP applications.
n
Performance Tuning: Optimize traffic routing through Citrix Cloud Connector and Gateway to enhance user experience and security.
n
n
Mandatory Skills
n
n
Deep knowledge of Citrix SPA, Citrix Cloud, and Gateway.
n
Robust understanding of Zero Trust principles, including ZTNA, IAM, and SASE frameworks.
n
Experience with network security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, DNS, and TLS/SSL.
n




Expertise in identity integration technologies, including Azure AD, Okta, Ping, and Active Directory.
n
Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems.
n
Proven experience in replacing traditional hardware VPNs (e.g., Cisco, Pulse).
n
Citrix AppDNA experience is a deal breaker for this role.
n
n
Preferred Skills
n
n
5+ years of experience in Citrix Engineering, Enterprise Mobility, or Network Security.
n
Minimum 2+ years of experience in implementation or migration to Citrix Secure App Access.
n
Citrix Certified Secure Private Access (CC SPA) certification is highly desirable.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n
10+ years of overall experience in Network Security.
n
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing ZTNA/SASE solutions.
