Responsibilities

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating engineering projects while ensuring outcomes are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
n
Key Responsibilities Include
n
n
Planning, coordinating and delivering capital and operational projects across site.
n
Managing project scopes, schedules, budgets and resources.
n
Coordinating contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
n
Monitoring project progress and reporting on performance against key milestones.
n
Identifying and managing project risks, opportunities and change requirements.
n
Ensuring projects comply with site standards, statutory requirements and engineering best practices.
n
Preparing technical documentation, reports and project deliverables.
n
Supporting procurement activities, contract administration and contractor management.
n
Driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
n
Promoting a robust safety culture and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with site safety requirements.

Qualifications
n
About You
n
You are a proactive and solutions-focused engineering professional who enjoys working in a dynamic operational environment and building strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
n
To Be Successful, You Will Possess
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining or related discipline).
n
Previous experience delivering engineering projects within mining, resources, heavy industry or infrastructure environments.
n
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and achieve project objectives.
n
Excellent communication, reporting and problem-solving abilities.
n
Sound understanding of risk management and engineering standards.
n
Proficiency with project planning and project management tools.
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
