Job Summary
n
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Storeperson / Delivery Driver / Trade Sales team member to join our branches.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Welcome customers and process their orders with care
n
Support customers with product selection and helpful recommendations
n
Process sales accurately and efficiently
n
Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally
n
Pick and pack customer orders
n
Check and allocate orders ready for despatch
n
Assist with loading and unloading goods
n
Build positive relationships with customers, including long‐standing company contacts
n
Support stock handling and assist the Despatch Department when needed
n
Help expedite stock to keep orders moving smoothly
n
Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
n
Pick, pack, check and allocate customer orders accurately
n
Load, unload, and handle goods safely and efficiently
n
Deliver goods to and from customer and supplier locations on time
n
Complete delivery documentation and related paperwork
n
Assist customers with enquiries, orders and payments
n
Support stock control, despatch and general branch activities
n
Support stock control, despatch and general branch activities

Contribute to a positive,



helpful and professional customer experience
n
Processing over the counter/phone sale transactions
n
Provide accurate information about specific products, features and services
n
Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
n
Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
n
Manage merchandising and store displays
n
Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales
n
Must be available to work a day on the weekend
n

Qualifications
n

Confidence using computers and workplace systems
n
Clear written and verbal communication skills
n
A friendly, professional approach

Sound product knowledge

A team‐focused attitude
n
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

A current C Class manual licence
n
Computer literacy and strong communication skills

A positive level of physical fitness for manual handling tasks

A current C Class automatic driver's licence
