About the Role
n
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sonographer to join our dedicated team in Traralgon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to be part of a respected healthcare provider in the La Trobe Valley.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations, including:n
n
General
n
Musculoskeletal
n
Vascular
n
Obstetric
n
n
Accurately capture and interpret ultrasound images to assist with clinical diagnosis and treatment.
n
Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
n
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care.
n
Ensure ultrasound equipment is properly maintained.
n
Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
n

About You
n
n
A tertiary qualification in Medical Sonography.




n
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Sonographer in a healthcare setting.
n
High-level technical skills across a broad range of ultrasound procedures.
n
Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities to accurately transcribe worksheets.
n
Excellent communication skills to liaise with patients, radiologists, and team members.
n
A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and maintaining professional standards.
n
Flexibility and a proactive attitude to adapt to clinical demands.
