As RAC Travel continues to grow, we are excited to announce opportunities for experienced Travel Consultants to join our teams at both our Karrinyup and West Perth Travel Centres. We are seeking passionate travel professionals who are excited to be part of a high-performing team, delivering exceptional travel experiences for our members.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing team, expand your experience, and play a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences.
n
Full-time availability preferred however part-time hours will be considered depending on expertise level as per a 7-day rotating roster including weekday & weekend work as required.
n
Please note:
n
Successful candidates appointed to the Karrinyup Travel Centre will be required to commence on 29 September **** to complete an initial week of training, ahead of the recent Travel Centre opening in the first week of October ****.
n
Successful candidates appointed to the West Perth Travel Centre will be required to commence on the first week of October, depending on availability & operational requirements.
n
Every day is about delivering exceptional travel experiences and building lasting member relationships. You will:
n
Design personalised itineraries and complex multi-stop journeys.
n
Plan and manage cruise bookings across major global cruise lines.
n
Provide expert destination and product advice.
n
Use Sabre to manage bookings accurately and efficiently.
n
Coordinate flights, accommodation, tours, insurance, and RAC add-ons.
n
Convert enquiries into bookings while delivering premium member service.
n
Build strong long-term relationships through outstanding customer care.
n
What you'll bring
n
We're looking for passionate, commercially minded consultants who thrive on delivering exceptional service with:
n
Experience in retail travel sales.
n
Cruise knowledge or a strong interest in specialising in cruising.
n
A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
n
Strong destination and product knowledge.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Experience using Sabre or similar GDS systems.
n
A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
n
Availability to work on a 7-day rotating roster which may include late nights,
Saturdays & Sundays.
