The Opportunity

Reporting directly to a highly regarded General Counsel, this is a hands‐on, senior role offering genuine breadth and exposure across the full property development lifecycle. You will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams, playing a key role in shaping commercial outcomes across major projects.

Key Responsibilities
n
You will advise on a wide range of property, construction, and commercial matters, including:
n
n
Acquisitions and disposals, leasing, finance, construction, and development projects
n
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of property and commercial contracts
n
Overseeing due diligence processes and identifying legal and commercial risks
n




Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver pragmatic legal advice
n
Supporting dispute and litigation matters as required
n
Mentoring and supporting junior legal team members
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
At least 5 years' PQE as a property or property/commercial lawyer (law firm or in‐house)
n
Strong knowledge of property and construction law and market practice
n
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
n
The ability to work autonomously in a fast‐paced, commercial environment
n
Litigation experience is advantageous but not essential
n
n
