About the Role

You will take ownership of complex live‐environment projects from site establishment through to handover.
n
You'll manage client and subcontractor relationships, ensure site safety, and oversee project schedules.
n
You will use first‐principles building methods to solve technical challenges on‐site, and identify additional scope as it arises in existing buildings.
n
About You
n
n
Have experience as a Site Supervisor on complex remediation, rectification, or refurbishment projects from start to finish.
n
Hold a QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, OHS White Card, and are computer literate.
n
Prioritise safety above all else, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained on site.
n
Run a clean, organised, and well‐structured site, understanding that this is essential for smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
n




Take a commercial view on projects, balancing costs, requirements, and quality to make informed and practical decisions.
n
Thrive in dynamic, live environments, spotting challenges early, pivoting quickly, and turning obstacles into wins.
n
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
n
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and foster a site culture that motivates productivity and project success.
