Stonewood Homes Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Estimator to join our team.
n
We're looking for someone who genuinely knows residential building, not just how to price a plan, but how a home comes together from sales and preliminaries right through to construction.
n
Ideally, you'll bring:
n
n
10+ years' residential building industry experience
n
Strong estimating & quoting knowledge
n
Residential pre-construction / preliminaries experience
n
Experience with construction & project management software
n
Design & drafting knowledg
n
Strong sales and communication skill
n
Carpentry or trade background highly regarde
n
Excellent practical construction knowledge and attention to detai
n
n
This is a great opportunity for an experienced building qualified who can look at a plan or quote and recognise when something is missing, something doesn't look right, or something may not work on site.
