Role: Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner providing primary care in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including assessments, chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive services.
n
Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and document in the EHR.
n
Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
n
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
n
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
n
n
