Bechtel seeks an experienced Electrical Senior Resident Engineer in Spence, Chile, to provide technical leadership during construction, commissioning, and start-up of EPC/EPCM mining projects. You will serve as the primary electrical interface between field engineering and home-office teams, ensuring technical suitability and constructability of deliverables while enforcing codes and client specs.
You will validate field changes, guide installation planning, and support engineering solutions
