We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warranty Administrator to join a reputable dealership in Brighton, East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to support warranty processes within a busy service department. The ideal individual will have a strong administration background, particularly within the automotive industry, and possess excellent organisational skills.

Duties of the Warranty Administrator:
n
n
Managing warranty claims efficiently using relevant systems such as Reynolds, Reynold & Power; knowledge of 1 Link is advantageous
n




Supporting service advisors and workshop teams to ensure warranty procedures are accurately followed
n
Liaising with manufacturers and internal departments to resolve warranty issues promptly
n
Maintaining accurate warranty documentation in compliance with manufacturer guidelines
n
Assisting in administrative tasks to optimise workflow within the service department
n
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective warranty management
n
n
Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:
n
n
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, Service Advisor, or in a similar administrative role within the motor trade
n
Good understanding of warranty procedures and systems; experience with Reynolds, Reynold & Power, or 1 Link is preferred
n
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
n
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
n
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
n
Proactive approach and a commitment to delivering quality service
