Business Operations Manager who thrives on improving how organisations operate at scale.
n
If you're the person who spots inefficiencies before everyone else, enjoys redesigning workflows, leveraging AI and automation, and measuring success through tangible business outcomes, this could be an exceptional opportunity.

The Opportunity:
n
Reporting to the COO, you'll work across multiple business functions to identify operational bottlenecks, redesign processes and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, profitability and customer experience.
n
This is a highly visible role where you'll influence stakeholders across the business and own operational improvement projects from discovery through to implementation and long-term adoption.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Identifying process inefficiencies, duplication and operational bottlenecks.
n
Leading end-to-end business process re-engineering initiatives.
n
Driving automation and AI opportunities where they create genuine value.
n
Measuring success through transparent operational and commercial metrics.
n
Embedding sustainable processes through documentation,



training and change management.
n
Working closely with senior leadership to support continued national growth.
n
n
We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
Demonstrated experience improving business operations or process excellence across multiple teams or sites.
n
Strong business process mapping and continuous improvement capability.
n
A hands-on approach with the ability to influence without direct authority.
n
Experience using operational metrics to drive measurable improvements.
n
Exposure to AI, automation and modern business systems.
n
Experience with HubSpot (or the ability to quickly become proficient) will be highly regarded.
n
n
This isn't a role where you'll simply make recommendations.
n
You'll have the backing of senior leadership to implement meaningful operational change within a business experiencing rapid national growth. As the company continues to scale, there is a genuine opportunity to build and lead a Business Operations function over time.
