Who are we looking for?
n
We're actively working with one of our law firm clients for an Insolvency Lawyer to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment.
n
This assignment will see you manage a varied portfolio of commercial debt recovery, commercial litigation, and insolvency matters, while providing strategic legal advice to businesses, financial institutions, and insolvency practitioners. This is a full time assignment which initially runs for 3 months, with the potential to be extended.

To Join Us, You Will
n
n
Have at least 5 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)
n
Be experienced in commercial debt collection, commercial litigation,



insolvency and all associated regulatory requirements
n
Have strong court advocacy skills and confidence running contested matters in NSW and Federal jurisdictions
n
Have a practical, solution-focused approach to resolving disputes for businesses.
