Jigsaw is currently engaged to recruit an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to take ownership of a large-scale operation on Brisbane's Northside. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving operational performance and getting close to the action.

The operation includes:

Employees across two shifts
n
20+ company-owned trucks
n
Warehouse + transport responsibility
n
Complex, bulky and non-standard freight
n
Strong focus on safety, service, cost and continuous improvement
n

What were looking for:
n
n
Proven DC / Warehouse / Operations leadership experience
n
Strong warehouse and transport experience
n
Experience managing an owned fleet is highly desirable
n




Strong people leadership and coaching capability
n
Comfortable driving accountability and performance
n
Hands-on, visible and collaborative leadership style
n
Someone who wants to build something for the long term
n
n
What's on offer:

$145k-$155k + Super
n
Monday-Friday
n
~40 hour week
n
Only occasional late finishes to support the afternoon shift
n
Christmas shutdown
