TRS Resourcing is partnering with a respected and growing commercial construction company seeking an experienced Dual Trade Cabinet Maker / Joinery Installer to join their expanding team.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for a trade-qualified professional who enjoys both high-quality workshop manufacturing and on-site joinery installation. You'll work across premium residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and fit-out projects, producing and installing custom joinery to an exceptional standard.

The Role
n
n
Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and commercial joinery
n
Install high-end joinery on residential and commercial project sites
n
Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and architectural plans
n
Operate CNC machinery and other woodworking equipment where required
n
Complete fit-offs, adjustments and final detailing to a high standard
n
Work collaboratively with workshop and site teams to meet project deadlines
n
Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and company standards
n
Identify and resolve installation or manufacturing issues efficiently
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery or equivalent
n




Proven experience in manufacturing and installing custom joinery
n
Strong understanding of commercial and residential fit-out projects
n
Ability to confidently read and interpret shop drawings
n
CNC operation experience (highly regarded)
n
Excellent attention to detail with pride in producing quality workmanship
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Current driver's licence (essential)
n
White Card (preferred)
n
