Job Description
Join a Technology and Data division delivering creative ICT solutions that support better outcomes for Australians with disability. In this senior role, you will shape enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture, partner closely with product and delivery teams to plan roadmaps, and translate complex business needs into secure, resilient, high-performing solutions. You will lead solution design standards, contribute to governance forums, and provide hands‐on leadership across architecture design and delivery within a scaled agile environment.

Required Skills
n
n
Extensive Salesforce solution architecture experience with at least 8+ years delivering Salesforce projects, including large complex implementations
n
Proven capability designing non-functional requirements for high-volume enterprise platforms including performance, scalability, resilience, observability, recoverability, and security
n
Broad architectural knowledge across Salesforce Clouds and industry solutions, with strong practical experience in Salesforce and Vlocity OmniStudio
n
Demonstrated experience in system integration design and patterns, integrating Salesforce with other technologies and solutions
n
Ability to perform hands‐on prototyping and proof of concepts to validate approaches and provide early feedback
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to communicate solutions, trade‐offs,



and risks clearly to stakeholders at all levels
n
Track record of continuous improvement to lift quality, efficiency, and delivery pace
n
Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including participation in PI/ART and sprint planning and delivery ceremonies
n

Nice to Have

Salesforce architect certifications and/or Vlocity architect certifications
n
Proactive, "can-do" approach
n
Strong interest in accessibility and enthusiasm for accessible design and development

Australian citizenship required (evidence requested during pre-engagement checks)

Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance
n
Hybrid working aligned to policy: minimum 3 days per week in the office (with flexibility for the remaining 2 days subject to line manager agreement)
n
Location: ACT / VIC / NSW
n
Maximum hours: 37.5 hours per week
n
Initial contract: 12 months with potential 12-month extension
n
