$125k + super, fully maintained vehicle & extras

Southwest locations (Austral, Leppington etc.)
n
$110,000 - $125,000 plus super, fully maintained vehicle & extras pending experience

About the Company

Our Client has been producing single storey, double storey, dual occupancy homes, and house and land packages in Sydney for the last 30 + years, building over 500 homes annually. This builder has developed strong relationships with well-known industry partners to deliver a high-quality product at an affordable price.

This builder has an ongoing commitment to provide a high level of support throughout the pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages to their customers. We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the construction team based in the Southwest region.

About the Role
n
Duties will include:
n
n
Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to handover
n
Liaising with trades and sub-contractors




n
Checking material orders
n
Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects
n
Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time
n
Undertake project quality assurance
n
Manage defective work
n
Complete detailed daily site diaries
n
Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification
n
Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH&S; legislation's
n
n
What You Need
n
n
Certificate III in Carpentry
n
Certificate IV in Building and Construction is essential (currently undertaking or completed)
n
Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Supervisor with a Home Builder
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Detail orientated and a strong understanding of the NCC & BCA
n
Current drivers license
n
